Erie Technical Systems manufactures vibratory spiral elevators that are unique solids conveying devices used to move material, using vibration, vertically either up or down a spiral flight. Our spiral elevators offer significant advantages over traditional belt conveyors or drag conveyors including a much smaller footprint and no moving parts in the product stream. The spiral flights are open, making cleaning and product changeover quick and easy. The rotary electric vibrators provide quiet, maintenance-free long-term operation. Our spiral elevators are manufactured with discharge heights up to 15 feet and with transfer rates up to 500 cubic feet/hour. Standard construction in 304SS or carbon steel. Smooth surfaces are standard and dimple plate surfaces are available. As with most of our equipment, our vibratory spiral elevators are manufactured to your specifications so custom inlet and discharge points are typical.
