Ajax Shaker Drives

The Ajax Shaker Drive has been the go-to drive for many vibratory equipment manufacturers and end-users for almost a hundred years. This unique design has counter-rotating and timed weights built into one solid and oil-tight housing. The counter-rotation of the weights causes all forces to offset except for when the weights are together at the top and bottom of the rotation which creates the linear positive and negative force. This force is used to drive vibratory conveyors, shaker tables, feeders, screeners, sorting conveyors, packers, and anything else requiring linear vibratory motion.

This Ajax Shaker comes in Light(5DF-L), Standard (5DF), and Heavy (5DF-H) versions with increasing force outputs.

The Ajax 20MF shaker drive come in Light (20MF-L1, L2, L3) Standard (20MF) and Heavy (20MF-H) versions with increasing force outputs. It also comes with left and right hand drive shaft configurations.
