We offer low-cost, manually operated bulk filling and fully automatic conveyor based bulk filling systems. The SysteMAX™, PalletMAX™, and DensiMAX™ product lines are designed for higher throughput jobs and are among our most popular products. We also offer the ValuMAX™ and DustMAX™ for low throughput jobs and are a lower-cost option.
SysteMAX™ is a completely automated bulk filling equipment solution. This bulk bag filler includes supporting equipment such as pallet dispensers, slip sheet dispensers, slip sheet dispensers, bag sealers, and conveyor systems.
PalletMAX™ automatic pallet dispenser also known as a Pallet Inserter, or Pallet Placer, is a heavy-duty industrial unit designed with long-term maintenance-free operation in mind.
DensiMAX™ adds the advantage of a high-powered PLC control system for increased fill rates. The vibratory densification deck can fill more product per bag and ensuring a solidly packed bulk bag or FIBC.
ValuMAX™ is a low-cost and simple bulk bag filler designed and manufactured using our typical heavy-duty structural steel construction. This bag filler features a 2-post design and adjustable arms.
DustMAX™ is a low-cost and simple bulk bag filler designed and manufactured using our typical heavy-duty structural steel construction. This bulk bag filling unit is used for low packaging rates where bag change is infrequent.
